Two new college-preparatory high schools for the School District of Philadelphia opened in September. Leasing existing building space for the schools drastically reduced the standard timeframe for school construction. Design-build services were provided by SVA in partnership with Philadelphia Management's construction team. The Constitution High School is an educational partnership between the District, National Constitution Center, and Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History, with corporate support from Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP.
