The Balch Institute for Ethnic Studies
is a cultural resource center which houses one of the largest informational databases on ethnicity in the country. In 2002, The Balch Institute merged with the Historical Society of PA. The building was later sold. SVA worked on the redesign of the space into the Constitution Center High School in 2006. |
