Design of a new college-preparatory public high school for the School District of Philadelphia. The school represents an innovative design-build approach for the District, which leased the 70,000+ square foot building from Philadelphia Management, Inc. Leasing existing building space drastically reduced the standard timeframe for school construction. Design-build services were provided by SVA in partnership with Philadelphia Management's construction team. |
