Renovation of a cramped, dark existing kitchen to create a new gourmet kitchen and define the adjacent family room and breakfast room. Features include a large work island topped with enameled lavastone, stove area with hand-painted tile, and furniture-grade painted and stained cabinetry.
The project is one of several at the home including redesign of a children's bathroom, creation of a professional-quality photography darkroom, and conversion of an exterior porch into a home office.
