Program Renovation and adaptive reuse of a 40,000 square foot National Register-listed historic building (the birthplace of Dick Clark's American Bandstand) into a business incubator and small business development center. Spaces include a shared events center, classrooms, conference rooms, and a retail copy center.

The Enterprise Center is one of the first buildings in the US in an urban environment to use a geothermal heat pump system for heating and cooling.
