Design of a new four-building environmentally-sensitive condominium complex to revitalize a presently-abandoned industrial site in Manayunk. On-grade parking beneath buildings eliminates need for a parking garage and offers residents clear views of the riverside site. An undulating edge design for the buildings affords expansive views to residents while maximizing buildable area. 280 one- and two-bedroom units are planned for the approximately 350,000 square foot project.
