Thomas Bisignaro has more than 12 years of architectural experience, including a considerable amount of pharmaceutical and laboratory design work. He rejoined SVA in August 2004 after previously working for the firm from 1995-2000.

Tom earned Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Architecture degrees from Spring Garden College in 1991. He earned a second Bachelor of Architecture degree from Drexel University in 1999.
