  • Varenhorst designed the renovation of the former Baltimore Life Insurance Company Building to accommodate a 105,000 SF mixed-use project including 92 residential units, and retail on the ground floor. The Art Deco style structure was built in 1930 and is a prominent 20th century building in the local Cathedral Hill Historic District. The building is nominated to be on the National Register of Historic Places.
