
Varenhorst’s proposed urban development design provides up to 42,000 SF of retail and office space with as many as 165 residential units above. The design includes ample green space in the form of a courtyard open to the neighborhood, underground parking, and a direct connection to public transportation systems. This proposal is part of the larger North Broad Street Masterplan project currently being coordinated by Varenhorst in collaboration with EBRM.
