Pennsylvania Congressman Robert A. Brady, the Chairman of the Philadelphia Democratic City Committee, commissioned Varenhorst to design this new building to accommodate operational offices, meeting space, parking and landscaped grounds.  Our straightforward aesthetic presents a contemporary image on this trapezoidal lot facing Spring Garden Street, in the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia.  Incorporating green roofs, making sustainable product selections, and efficient site utilization into the design benefit both the DCC and the community.
