EBRM & PMCProperty Group approached Varenhorst to perform strategic planning services, a feasibility study and preliminary test-fit designs relating to the acquisition of the Philadelphia Media Network’s prominent Inquirer Building on North Broad Street in Philadelphia.  We evaluated the programmatic needs of Philadelphia Media Network’s truncated downtown offices, new retail tenants, and 270 residential units and worked closely with our client to build the necessary design case to support their business model.
