The Varenhorst design provides a full 25,000 SF renovation to consolidate previously disparate facilities of the Middle States Association. The primary office function is supplemented with a reception, conference and training rooms, informal meeting areas, copy and document handling areas, a kitchen/dining room, and storage spaces. The request to create an environment where distinct departments of the organization could operate in an efficiently connected manner while still respecting the identity and unique needs of each group was met by Varenhorst with a series of enclosed and open offices and translucent wall materials.
