Varenhorst’s vision for this Center City Philadelphia penthouse utilizing slender, linear architectural elements, constant with the existing nature of the footprint, and inserts a new sculptural staircase to connect the three-level condominium. The new layout focuses and optimizes the existing views to the surrounding Center City skyline with a large, south-facing, terrace.
