Varenhorst designed a new 10,000 SF townhouse on an unusually large 60 ft x 100 site in the historic Society Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia. The home, which we custom-designed and extensively detailed for our client, a couple with a significant art collection, is organized around a central courtyard that provides abundant natural light and serves as an oasis from the city.
This project was published in Philadelphia Magazine and received a Delaware Valley Building Excellence Award.
