Varenhorst designed this conversion of a seven-story school building into a mixed use development with 12,000 SF of office space at street level with 50 residential units totaling 60,000 SF above.  The building features a roof terrace available to its tenants with soaring views of Center City Philadelphia.  This project is a component of the North Broad Street District Masterplan.
