The University of the Arts commissioned Varenhorst to design a renovation of the historic Hamilton Building. The design consists of 10 private offices with reception and meeting areas for Student Financial Services. The incorporation of color provides intrigue to the 2500 SF office suite, while translucent partitions allow natural light to filter deeper into the building’s floorplate. Student Financial Services represents one of six departments to undergo complete renovations. Further upgrades to public circulation and the general building improvements total approximately 18,000 SF.
