After purchasing one of the upper floors of a prestigious Rittenhouse Square condominium building, the Weiners asked Varenhorst to design a complete renovation for a luxury two bedroom city retreat optimizing the near 360 degree views of the city.  This roughly 4100 SF condo presented dual design challenges: showcasing a growing collection of fine art, and providing an elegant but comfortable living environment with generous and dramatic views to the outside world.
