Multi-family housing is a major part of the revitalization plan for the Delaware River Riverfront. The building was designed and documented for modular construction. The building is 214,491 sf, 10 stories with 224 apartments, 50 parking spaces, multiple amenity spaces, a roof deck and landscaped public open spaces. The amenity roof deck provides views of the Delaware River, Penn Treaty Park and the Philadelphia skyline. This will be the first large scale modular steel construction project in Philadelphia and features 9 ft ceilings and floor to ceiling windows and spacious apartments.
